HOW TO RETURN GOODS
As the shopper you, have the full right to cancel within seven days of purchase with us. If you do wish to have your payment reversed, you must return the item(s) you have received from us at InnCellar Equipment in the original condition. We as a company are not responsible for any loss or damaged goods during transit when the item(s) are returned from you, the buyer. We also do not cover the postage costs for any returning orders. We therefore suggest using a tracked and signed for delivery service. A full refund for your item(s) will be issued upon arrival and inspection of the returned goods.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, you can do so within 7 days at your cost. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under this procedure, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at InnCellar Equipment in good new condition, we'll issue a refund for the product via your original payment method less a handling/restocking fee of 10%.
